The answer is “YES”. You may hear the word “ESTATE” and think of mansions and millions of Rands. But you don’t have to be wealthy to have a well-planned estate or an up to date will. In fact, it is important to protect whatever assets you or your family have in place.
Are you certain that your Estate Planning is correct? Up to date? Relevant to your current needs and circumstances? When was the Last time your Will was updated? Are all your children included? Do you even know if your will is kept in safe custody?
If you have answered NO to any questions above then it is imperative that you seek advice. Speak to one of our Qualified Consultants to help guide you through this process?
Why a Will?
You need a will – a legal declaration by which you name one or more persons to manage your estate and provide for the distribution of your assets after you’ve passed. This ensures that your estate can be wound up timeously and accurately so that your loved ones can be looked after post your death in the same way you looked after them while you were alive.
